Shuffling..

Spoke to a close friend just moments ago. I'm not best mates with this guy, but he's been close to my heart the past 18months. Had a good catch up about my new job, his recovery and how working for the company is now I'm no longer there. He said "Describe today in one word for me. Above is what my answer was.

I have shuffled about all day instead of walking. This is because, last night (I think I would've learnt by now not to do this) I went over on my ankle, because it was numb due to me sitting the way I usually do, with one leg underneath me and it going all dead on me. Great. But..
Not only did I go over on my ankle, I then grabbed the banister to stop myself from falling (but it was too late), making me put all my weight onto the foot, my ankle then buckled from underneath me and landed on the outside of my foot, and very nearly headbutted the banister.
It's now all sprained, bruised and swollen. And walking up to Pennygate twice (I asked Jean to do the morning's run because of the "fankle") didn't do it much justice..
So soaking it, painkillering it and tubigripping it and hopefully I'll be okay to wear heels tomorrow!
Rob better show up tomorrow. Or else!

The holidays can sack off. No Christmas cheer.
I don't really care anymore.

I was asked today from Robert what I wanted for Christmas, and for the first time, my mind went blank.

There are a few things that I'd like for Christmas..
For one, he broke my favourite (birthday present) bangle. Then there's the Kings Of Leon - Live at the 02 DVD.
There's the awesome kickers' boots (Which my Mother has kindly agreed to buy me).. But, I'd rather him surprise me.

And I've just made, hands down, my best meal yet. Better than the duck roast dinner..

Spectacle Bear..

I ordered 4 pairs of spectacles to try on at home, before I order a pair with my prescription lenses..
They're all pretty cool, but the ones I thought would be the coolest.. actually aren't that great..
If I still had the camera, I'd be strange enough to take a picture of me wearing each pair and get a poll going on which pair to choose..
But i think I'm safe with the pair I'm choosing..
Then the month later.. order 2 of the cheaper pairs for work..

Apart from that, I've nothing more to blog.
I'm tired and cranky. Early night I think..
I tried to bribe with Ben & Jerry's, but I've not had a phonecall back..
Oh well.. All the more for me :)

Vogue

I was emptying out my wardrobe earlier and found my first purchased Vogue..
It's only bought it in July, but it's all distressed from it getting damp from July's camping trips..
